Returns & Refunds
At Mira Aura & Co., each jewelry piece is crafted and inspected with the highest standards of quality and care. We accept returns within thirty (30) days of delivery only in cases where a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing or quality defect.
Returns for any other reasons will not be accepted, as we cannot verify whether the item has been worn or used. This policy is in place to maintain compliance with strict hygiene regulations, protect product integrity, and safeguard the trust of our valued customers.
Return Request Procedure

Notification: Contact our Customer Care team at support@miraaura.co within thirty (30) days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos showing the defect.

Assessment: Our Quality Assurance team will review your request and supporting evidence. In some cases, we may require you to return the item for further inspection before a decision is made.

Approval: If the defect is verified, you will receive written confirmation along with instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping: Approved returns must be shipped in their original packaging, including all certificates, tags, and accessories, to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Issuance: Upon receipt and final inspection of the returned item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Mira Aura & Co. reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet the above criteria or is received in a condition inconsistent with the claim.
